From the Misfiring Neurons of Chris Lim….

From Yesterday: So here’s a trivia question. I lost 1 ball today in play, but did not incur a penalty. How did I do this?

Answer: Eastern Hills, Hole #13, par 3 with pond and a freakin’ tall and noisy water feature (fountain).  I hit my first shot a little right but over the fountains, it obscures the landing site. Stupid fountain, yes its THAT big! Now I have to play a provisional, there’s a big marsh over there too, and proceed to hit that in the water. Drop another (because I did not reach the first balls location yet) and hit that 2 ft from the cup. Found the first ball and bogey that one in.  Lost the second ball, no penalty.

I played in the Kalamazoo County Amateur today. Shot a so-so 84  82 (39,43) with two freakin double. I blame the slow ass players in front of me. Ok.. so they were a foursome, and we were a threesome. But it still sucked…

EDIT: Whoops 39+43 is an 82 not 84. LOL

This has happened at least three times already. I run IE and it runs the “Welcome to Internet Explorer” run once.asp  page. I set my home page to my RSS feeder, and the next time I restart IE. Poof! “Welcome to Internet Explorer”…

 With this I’m thinking that there are only 18 people who really uses IE.

Last night’s dinner started with a plate of Fried Escamoles (es-cah-moh-lays) or Ants Eggs. I kinda liked it, a little like Rice Krispies, my compadres also partook in the dish in to not offend the host. LOL.
