garage sale, block party, iPhone oh my!
We had a garage sale today, our pitiful selections only fetched about $100. Netting $80 after paying $20 for the newspaper classified, it was promptly spent on one Dora Kitchen…
Later, we had a yummy block party, we partied till 9pm as darkness fell.
I also got to see/touch/play with an actual Apple iPhone. Its surprisingly heavy and fun to use. Too bad, he had NO SIGNAL. Thanks AT&T…
BTW, why the hell does it not have voice dialing capability? The touch screen is tough to use while driving, and that will probably cause an accident soon.
iPod troubles
I’ve had my 4gb iPod mini for a few years now and it just did a weird thing…
It rebooted 2 weeks ago out of the blue and “lost” some songs and audio books. It didn’t show them on the lists. Today I tried to sync with the latest podcast downloads and it said that there was insufficient space. Now, theres only about 20 songs on it mostly Wiggles, Westlife (don’t laugh) and a german lady, and dude.
It seems that it’s been losing my files for a while now. I’ve deleted all the songs, podcasts and audio files, and 1.61 Gb are still in use. I looked in the ipod drive and they’re a bunch of old songs and stuff.
Interesting huh? After “restoring” the files, all is well except for the fact that its trying to sync 344 podcast, audio books and songs back on it again…

- Restart Asterisk
- Dial 7### (i.e: 7201) to intercom extension 201.
*If you have you might need to edit your dialplan if your extensions aren’t normal. Ie mine are 201… if yours start with 6xxx then you’ll need to add |76xxx| in your dialplan.
