From the Misfiring Neurons of Chris Lim….

Me and wifey played in the first day of a two day tournament called The Spring Festival at Eastern and Milham. We play quite well (39,33=72) but it took almost 6 hours to play the 18 holes. We walked too but waited on almost every shot.

Was going to go help Travis too but I thought it was going to only take a little over 4 hours. But looking at their problems the were encountering it might have been for the better. He said he couldn’t type after doing the work. It would have made for a fun day at golf tomorrow.

Mexico to decriminalize pot, cocaine and heroin – Yahoo! News

Uhm… who the hell is leading this country. This is way beyond Amsterdam, where “soft” drug are tolerated but not legal.

I just can’t wait to see the statistics of people who will choose Mexico as their next vacation site just for this reason. What next? Legalized prostitution? BTW, it is legal in Amsterdam only in the Red Light district.

Played great golf yesterday. Kinda self destructed in the last 2 holes but if you know me, I don’t worry about the bad shots. Just unlucky.

If it weren’t for the last 2 holes (double-bogeys) and losing those balls, I might have been under par. Pretty amazing for just the second week out.

Gotta write down my swing thoughts:

• a little weaker grip
• show both cheeks at impact
• body position at impact is NOT the same at address
• shorter backswing for shorter clubs
• listen to putt falling in.

This is a first. Only 2 of our NetFlix movies arrived Thursday. Friday came and Nada! Saturday, however, a half torn NetFlix envelope wrapped in a “We Care” USPS envelope came. Grr! It lost the best movie of the lot too.

We tried to file a “Lost movie” on Netflix but it insists on a 4 business day wait.

This morning, I get an email from NetFlix. A “you’ve returned {movie}”. It appears that some kind soul at USPS or wherever sent it back to NetFlix back. Interesting huh?

Going to attend a wedding today. Tooks the opp. to mow the grass too. Fortunately the weather cooperated.

Did a stupid thing and ran over a piece of mail and it shredded it in to literally hundreds of pieces. So instead of picking them up, I just ran over them again. Now if have THOUSANDS of piece of junkmail on my lawn..
