This has been on freakin’ long week…

I’m glad I get to go to work tomorrow. I need some adult conversation. I think I can find some tomorrow.

Been home sick, and caring for the sick. Not fun at all. Except for the 30 minutes yesterday I got to finally hit some balls. We had about a 50mph tailwind at the range too. I loved hitting my 7 iron 200yds! Then there was this dude that had a left-to-right comb-over. The right-to-left wind made him look like a can with the lid almost off at 90 degrees.

When they say “take with food” they aren’t kidding!

Ouch, that was a painful stomach ache. Had to go make an omelette in a hurry.

Maybe the Drug companies need to make another label for yahoo’s like me “take with food, we mean it!”

Being Ill but not really…

Strep Throat is a fun little malady. On one hand you feel better just a couple days after the fever. On the other hand it’s when you feel better you pass on the germs. They’ve had their jollies in you and they’re now off to greener pastures.

I’m working from home today with my meds. I feel fine except for the headache, constricted throat, pain in swallowing and neck ache. Probably self inflicted with the double pillow I needed to sleep due to the throat issues.

I’m a little hungry but I can only drink stuff. As of this moment weight loss 7.3 lbs. :-)

See I told you this is a fun illness. Work your ass off in the Gym lose a pound, get sick don’t eat for 2 days – Lose 7.

More info on the watch…

I could pee…

Now if they’d only drop a zero or a 1 on the price, I would get in line. Only 4000 are available, and “some” proceeds go to his charity.

Welcome Hywell to the “being destitute for the next 30 years” club.

He bought his first house. Ok it’s a condo, but close enough. He just doesn’t have to mow grass, rake leaves, plow snow, water the lawn, weed … Hmm.. suddenly that makes quite a lot of sense for his lifestyle. No kids, no pets. Just spending new money on appliances and cool gadgets that you never knew you would need.

One funny fact, he’s only moving about 350 yards away. After my last move, I believe hiring a mover is the right thing to do.
